About Me

I’ve dedicated my career to unlocking human potential through education and training. Currently, I serve as president of InsideTrack, the nation’s leading nonprofit student success organization.

I joined InsideTrack in 2013 as vice president of operations, rising to the role of chief operating officer before taking over leadership of the organization in 2020. Under my leadership, InsideTrack has grown to serve more than 3 million learners for clients as diverse as Harvard, the Cal State System, Ivy Tech Community College, United Negro College Fund (UNCF), and Employ Prince George (workforce board). I’ve been instrumental in driving the scalability and impact of InsideTrack’s services, as well as the organization's conversion into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.


I have experience across the education and training spectrum, from early childhood through postsecondary and workforce development. Before InsideTrack, I held executive roles at Monsoon, KinderCare Education, and Via Training.


I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, received my B.A. in English from the University of Oregon and my M.B.A. from Portland State University. I have three grown children and enjoy my dogs and reading good fiction.
